I've also led an amazing career working in corporate roles for over 20 years. I currently live in Colorado and am a wife and mom to two boys, ages 13 and 12. Between working and supporting my kids activities (hockey mom here!) I love to work out, hike the trails, listen to my favorite podcasts, try new recipes, and read.
You're constantly juggling what's required to be a wife and mom while also kicking butt at work. Trying to squeeze in that last work task before picking up the kids, or dealing with a team member on the phone while trying to make dinner. Mean while you physically feel burned out and the last thing you want to do is get up early to squeeze in a workout. I know how hard it can be to put yourself first and build new habits, but I've done it before and I can help you do it too!
